tours are organized by 3adim TRAVEL The Tour Operator and
/ or its Agents act only as agent for the passenger in regard to
travel whether to travel by coach, minibus, van, car, boat or
airplane and therefore accept no responsibility in whole or in
part for any delays, delayed arrival and departures, missed
connections, loss, damage or injury to person or property, or
mechanical defect or failure of any nature, however caused for
any hotel substitution with or without notice, for any act or
omission whatsoever by any carrier, hotelier or restaurants,
their agents, servants and employees. 3adim TRAVEL can not
accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to
delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, strike, war,
quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or expenses shall be
borne by passenger as our rates provide for arrangements only for
the time stated. No revision of the printed itineraries are
anticipated, however 3adim TRAVEL reserves the right to
substitute hotels with best available alternatives for those
indicated, to alter itineraries, or change the order and days of
places to be visited, condense tours with or without notice where
deemed necessary or caused by airline schedules or other reasons 3adim
TRAVEL reserves the right to decline, to accept or to retain
any person as a tour passenger should such a person's health or
mental condition or physical infirmity impede the operation of
the tour, of the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour
members, and a refund of unused land services is the limit of
3adim TRAVEL 's liability. Joining any of our packages
constitutes consent to all provisions of conditions contained in
this brochure and tour participants relinquish any and all rights
whatsoever to make any claims for any damages, losses and
injuries that may be sustained while engaging in these
activities.

TRAVEL reserves the right to pass on any increases in local,
taxes at anytime. All rates are based on Per person, Per Night
unless stated otherwise and are based on Run-of-House using
existing bedding (most Standard Rooms feature two double beds),
unless otherwise stated. Rates apply to individual F.I.T.
bookings based on single, double, triple and quad accommodations
(but not necessarily the number of beds) only. Group rates are
available upon request.
Children
under the ages indicated for each hotel will stay free if sharing
the same room and existing bedding with two full-paying adults
(if offered by the hotel). Please provide ages of all children at
time of booking. All crib & rollaway charges are set by the
hotel, such requests for these may be made at the time of
booking; however, these charges will be paid by the clients
directly to the hotel.
PRE
- BOOKING CONDITIONS:
IF
F.I.T. GUEST'S: A deposit of % 30 is required before we
process any reservation. Should we be unable to confirm your
specific request this deposit will be refunded in full. After the
confirmation of your initial request, the deposit will be
non-refundable and there will be a $ 50 processing fee
thereafter. Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
IF GROUP BOKING'S: A non-refundable deposit of 25 % is
required with firm booking. The balance will be split on
periodical payments. In any event, full amount will be due 15
days prior to arrival.
REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:
No
Show: The Client will lose 100% of Total Reservation value.
Because
all rates in this brochure are based on group participation and
minimum night requirements no refund can be made for any
accommodation on unused tour features.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
To allow for any unexpected contingencies, we strongly
recommend that passengers obtain comprehensive travel insurance
for such items as trip cancellation, foreign medical care and
baggage loss or damage. We will not accept any responsibility for
these items.
CANCELLATIONS
& REFUNDS:
Cancellations
received in writing and the standard cancellation policy for the
client will be as follows:

Cancellation 42 Days or More prior to date of arrival The Client
will lose 40% of the Total Reservation value.

Cancellation 42 - 31 Days prior to date of arrival The Client
will lose the 50% of the Total Reservation value.

Cancellation 30-15 Days prior to date of arrival The Client will
lose 70% of the Total Reservation value.

Cancellation less than 14 Days prior to date of arrival The
Client will lose 100% of the Total Reservation value.
